Intercultural Conflict Communication & Negotiation – ICCN – was founded in 1995. ICCN conducts research, offers consultancy and training. ICCN’s main goal is the improvement of communication and cooperation of professionals [people who have to communicate professionally with others to achieve results].

ICCN focuses on:

  • Cooperation between organizations
  • Cooperation between departments within organizations
  • Cooperation between colleagues with a different cultural background within a team
  • Communication, conflict management and negotiation between professionals, who differ in cultural background, opinions and preferred approach
