ICCN has designed, tested and carried out training modules in the field of intercultural communication, negotiation and multi-party cooperation. These modules vary in duration between half a day and 3 days. All training modules:

• Are developed working together with our clients
• Are tailored to the learning needs and learning capacities of a specific group of professionals
• Take as point of departure the concrete professional environment of the participants
• Start with an assessment of the individual's own qualities and skills
• Are based on the principle of 'experiential learning'
• Are carried out in Dutch, English or French
• Are evaluated by the participants and our clients
• Are regularly adapted and updated by ICCN
