Cooperation in multicultural teams

Cooperation within a team is an evolving process of adaptation and coordination. An important condition for the effective functioning of a team is the acknowledgement of each member’s qualities and weaknesses. Irritation and conflict occur when team members fail to fulfil this condition. This is particularly true for multicultural teams.
